Waley Wang is a director living in Brooklyn, NY. He loves to tell stories and visual poems through stylized & poppy aesthetics with heart, and has a fascination with youthful but wise dreamscapes, dark drama, absurd comedy, high-concept genres, and all things fun and ethereal.

 

He has worked with a wide variety of artists and clients, including Phoebe Bridgers, Iberia Airlines, Radiohead’s longtime creative director Dilly Gent, Crowd Lu 盧廣仲, The Black Skirts 검정치마, Ark Patrol, Sony Music Entertainment Taiwan, Epic Records, and ANTI-Records.

 

In his free time, he likes to read AAPI literature, hang out with cats, and search for the elusive and uncaptured experiences & humanity of Asian Americans, young Millennials, and old Gen Zs.
